If your project is already in full swing or needs to move quickly, this approach is ideal. We bring in the full team right away, ensuring we can hit the ground running without delay. This allows your project to be fully staffed and supported from day one.

Testmanager first

Ideal for companies looking to start cautiously. A test manager is brought in first to oversee the project and lay the groundwork.
This way the testmanager can give a well informed strategic advice of the perfect moment to bring in the rest of the team.
C
Phased onboarding

For projects that evolve over time, we can introduce the team in phases. For example, we may start with two testers and a test manager, adding the third tester once your project enters a critical phase. This flexible option helps you scale up as your needs grow.
