With years of testing and test management experience, I’ve developed a keen understanding of what makes Quality Assurance truly effective and how to build high-performing teams.

The dream to create my own testing company began early in my career, driven by one clear insight: testing should be the centralized table where every stakeholder has a seat; clients, supplier(s), users, technical roles. Ensuring quality and open and clear communication about it are my top priority throughout the entire project lifecycle.

From day one in every project, my focus is always on building this table—a space where collaboration is constant and feedback is welcomed. It’s a structured process, but it’s also organic, evolving as the project progresses. Creating a welcoming, well-organized, and safe environment for every voice to be heard is critical. Aligning clients, supplier(s), and users isn’t just about technicalities; it’s about truly understanding each other. That’s where many projects succeed or fail.

This approach allowed me to not only deliver great test results but also to reveal (hidden) insights that brought a deeper sense of control and understanding to every project. But while this method was effective, I knew it could be taken further.

With the founding of Crystal Peak and the ‘Multiply Your Test Power’ concept, I can now show companies the ultimate way forward. The challenge with deeply understanding stakeholders is that it requires time—something I often had to prioritize carefully as an individual. Now, by bringing in Crystal Peak teams, we no longer have to limit that attention. Every stakeholder gets a dedicated partner who matches their technical or functional level, providing deeper engagement and delivering results faster and more effectively.
